This project was completed to correct a drainage problem in front of the Town Hall. The slope of the drivelane was not significant enough to effieciently drain water away from the entrance of Town Hall. Often a puddle would form in the summer months and in the winter this caused a significant hazrd due to ice froming at the bottom of the stairs. The installation of the drain has alleviated the water problem.
