Every class feels like a party!
Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead and you’ll see how surprised you’ll be when you see yourself shaking to the beat! I’m repeating the steps and moves all the time, with adding new ones so everyone can get it. You’ll sweat in my class and you won’t believe how fast the class flies by! My greatest goal is that my students leave each Zumba experience feeling refreshed and stronger both mentally and physically...in other words, feeling absolutely great!
I hold a Group Exercise Certification recognized by AFAA, CPR/First AID and I am Licensed to teach Zumba Basic, Zumba Basic 2, Zumba Gold ( for the seniors), and Zumbatomics ( kids) Certifications.
I teach classes at gyms, private and public schools, colleges, community ed programs, companies, and for teen and kids programs. A Zumba Class is also great for a birthday party, bridal shower Fundraiser, Ladies Night Out or any special occasion!
