2012 Pre-School Activity Program
Summer 2012 dates:
June 25 - August 17
8 one week sessions
(No Program July 4)
Hours: Monday-Friday
Full day: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Half day: 8:30-11:30 a.m.
Ages 4 through entering Kindergarten
An opportunity for children to make new friends and participate in a relaxed, well-supervised environment run by our professional staff
Held at the Wellington Elementary School, daily activities include arts and crafts, indoor gym activities, outside games on the playground and occasional special events. "Walt Disney Wednesday" is time to enjoy a favorite Disney movie. Guest artists visit weekly for sing-a-longs, magic shows, puppeteers and much more. Sprinklers offer some relief in the afternoon from the summer heat. On Friday mornings all children visit the Underwood Pool for a fun swim and splash. Swim lessons are optional and available at an additional fee. Read on for full details.
Children attending for a full day should bring a snack for the morning and their lunch and all children should bring a drink, sunscreen, bathing suit and a towel.

All children attending the morning session only and taking swimming lessons should come prepared for the 9 am swim lesson. Please have your child dressed in their bathing suit when they arrive to the program.
Extended Day Care:
At the Beech St. Center from 4-6 pm. Children will be transported to the Beech St Center in the Recreation Dept van after the program ends. $85. per week (except July 2-6) July 2-6: $68.
Space is limited in the extended day program, register early.
For all Recreation Summer programs:
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for each program or a maximum charge of $100.00
