O'Neill Properties Appeals
Denial of Notice of Intent
On July 8, 2003, O'Neill Properties filed a request with the Department of Environmental Protection to Supersede the Belmont Conservation Commission's denial of Notice of Intent. In its request, O'Neill Properties' states that the denial does not contribute to the protection of the interests identified in the Wetlands Protection Act (Act) and is inconsistent with the regulations promulgated as a result of the Act. O'Neill therefore seeks to have the project approved as proposed, or approve it with reasonable conditions that protect the interests of the Act.
