On April 26, 2004, a temporary advisory committee, Uplands Advisory Committee was established by the Board of Selectmen to advise the Planning Board and the Board of Selectmen on the possibility of exploring opportunities of an alternative site for the residential development proposed by O’Neill Properties at the Belmont Uplands property. The committee shall conclude its charge no later than June 30, 2004.
