The Traffic Advisory Committee examines traffic issues within the Town of Belmont and makes recommendations regarding these issues. The TAC is appointed by the Board of Selectmen and Glenn Clancy, Director of Community Development, and Lieutenant James MacIsaac, Police Department Traffic Division, provide staff support. Issues are forwarded to the TAC from the Board of Selectmen, Police Department, Department of Public Works, and the Office of Community Development. Residents may also bring issues to the Traffic Advisory Committee, please see Operating Procedures for further information. Meetings are typically held once a month and are posted on the Town's web site at the Meeting Calendar - link provided above.
