HARVARD LAWN FIRE STATION COMMITTEE

Committee Charge: To advise and assist the Board of Selectmen in an expeditious disposition of the Harvard Lawn Fire Station that maximizes the revenue to the Town while preserving the residential character of the Harvard lawn neighborhood.

Committee Process: Meet and conduct one or more neighborhood meetings and gather input regarding neighborhood concerns.
Recommend key terms of a request for proposals for the sale of the fire station by the Board of Selectmen in consultation with the Town Administrator and the Office of Community development.
After review and adoption by the Board of Selectmen of the terms and conditions of the RFP and preparation of such by Town staff, the Committee shall further review the RFP and make additional recommendations to the Board of Selectmen before it is finalized.
Review proposals received in response to the RFP and rank them for a final selection by the Board of Selectmen in consultation with the Town Administrator and the Office of Community Development.
